can anyone please let me know that can my family force me to sign an affidavit stating that i will marry as per their wish only???cant i marry the boy i wish even if they dont agree to him???is such an affidavit valid???i wana marry the boy of my choice.but i cant till 3months.so in between if they make me sign such a doc is it valid???

noyou cnat be forced to marry against your will . if you are major you have right to select your life partner . but do take parents wishes into account . after all they are your well wishers

Even if you sign that affidavit, you re not bound by that and no action can be initiated against you rather those persons who forced you to sign that affidavit shall be culprits.

They had taken 2 decade pain to grow you as u r today. Do not disappoint them . Though it in not legal , it is our moral duty.
