No public officer is allowed to cheat anyone especially while doing their public duty but even if Tehsildar has cheated you as per your query then first of all make a written complaint with the relevant proof to SP of that district and wait for his action and if failed to get the desired relief then go to criminal court and file criminal complaint under section 200 of criminal procedure code with the help of your lawyer with application under section 156 (3).

You can complain to DM and get the record repaired.

It would be better for you to engage a revenue lawyer and then proceed after taking decision on adequate relief you need in the case.

The correction of record is not possible just by making simple complaint to higher officer rather a legal course is required to be adopted as advised.

your query is vague. It doe snot specify :-

(i) How you are aggressive. You simply said the you got 7/12 share which is false. Does it mean that what ever you got is fraudulent and you deserved nothing or lesser?

(ii) How old is your grievance

(iii) Have you filed any civil suit.

*Sudhir! Our approach should not be in aggression rather a positive attitude is required. Layman also raise their queries and many of them may not be having knowledge how to put their facts so be polite not only on this site but also in practical life.
