Hi Sir,
My name is Younus Mohammed and Im a Student.
Sir we are planning to make a partition deed of our late father.Firstly, is it safe if a partition deed is made between 4 brothers in 1 to 4 parties respectively. The original deed of the partition of the first copy will be with the first party. So can he make the misuse of the original deed if we have the duplicate copies of the original deed. Secondly, If a partition deed is done between brothers, can first party will make the misuse of the original sale deed of my father and is it valid if a partition deed is made. what are the basic requirements of the partition deed.

no you can have certified copy of parttition deed . it is as good as original . get it drafted nby a lawyer

Register the partition deed so every one can get certified copy and compare the same.
Even if you do not register the same, keep one xerox copy with each of you so no one can make any tampering with it.

Sir, After we make a partition deed with registration , Can the first party will misuse the sale deed of my late father and it cannot be done because of the sale deed is divided in to four respective portions.Sir conclude me the best solution for future safety of my property.

dont worry. you can prepare a duplicate copy of document and the same may be registered at the time of the original partition deed. it is also treated as original deed. The registration fee is 20 rupees for each duplicate copy. And you may make each person got one copy. you should mentioned in the original partition deed that ahow many duplicate partition deeds are registered alongwith in the original partition deed. then no problem. any body never make problem
