Respected Sir,

The house in my father name.The sale deed is with us only.My uncle and other legal heirs of my grand father are trying to sell the house without our knowledge.
What are the precautionary step i can take.as we already file the not alienate petition in the court.but it will take some time as the vacation is near .
Can i give the request in the registration office of hyderabab. what is procedure please help in this regards

take stay order from civil court and it is granted even in vacation.

With the help of your advocate, notify the fact through some local and national newspapers by putting an ad of caution notice to the public and to prohibit purchase by any prospective buyer from public.

Also hang a notice board to this effect in front of the house for the prospective buyers of the house to notify about the ownership and court case.

1) If the Original Title Deed is with you and you have any evidence that they are trying to illegally sell the said property registered in your father's name with out your knowledge, then lodge a police complaint to this effect &

2) Send a copy to all the Registration Offices having jurisdiction to register the said property with a request not to register the said property with out your written consent.
