REQUESTING YOU PLEASE ARRANGE THE PROCEDURE FOR TRANSFER OF PROPERTY WHICH IS AT HYDERABAD IN TERMS OF LANDS AND BUILDINGS TO MY FAMILY MEMBERS I.E. LEGAL HEIRS

Dear Mr Raj Kumar Ji
Thank you for your immediate response. The details of this matter is as follows:
01. My father has demised suddenly with Mile Cardiac Arrest with in no time in the year Dec 2012
02. He has the Buildings at Hyderabad and Lands Hyderabad and some parts of andhra Pradesh
03. Now my mother has decided to transfer these properties in the name of Legal Heirs i.e. My Mother, one brother, and me
What is the procedure for transfer the same in our legal heirs with in short time as we are NRI's

Any of the legal heirs mentioned can execute deed of relinquishment in favour of other co sharers to waive their share in it.
Making a gift deed is another option.

If the owner of a property died intestate then the inheritance in favour of his legal heirs is entered in the relevant records automatically in India on the production of the death certificate with the representation supported with the duly sworn affidavit by way of ajoint application.
If the property is situated within the area of municipality, get it done there and if the same is agricultural land then move such application to the revenue officer of that area.
