I hold a registered GPA given by my sister for a residential plot . Can i sell the plot to my minor son or wife ?thanks & regards

Yes if the deliver the consideration amount to the your sister and the sale price should not be less than market price.

If you have been given right to sale the plot in GPA then you can sale othewise not.
