Legal remedies in fake cases

Sir,
My in-laws have filed false n fake cases u/s sec-156(3)on me and my family.
What should i do to stop these fake and furious cases? any legal remedy provided in law to stop them?

Well, to file cases against you is their right as they would claim that their rights are being infringed by you.
However, you may put them to challenge by filing Quashing Petition before the Hon'ble High Court, provided advised by your lawyer.
In case you are otherwise able to prove them false during trial then you may sue them for compensation as well as prosecute them for deposing falsely before the court.
Hold your patience and act prudently as per the advice given by your local lawyer.

156(3) is to direct cops to investigate . if cops find no substance in the charges levied against you and your family you will have nothing to fear .
