If a man is having 3 different voter id cards in his name issued from 3 different address ( all addressed are of his relatives ).
One card using first name Second Card using full name and slightly different spelling of father's name Third card using his alias ( ghar ka name )
What kind of legal action may be initiated against him under which section of indian law?

Make representation to the election office along-with police authorities as this is a criminal offence to do so.

It is a crime under Representation of Peoples Act to be registered as voter in two lists. Make a proper complaint.
