i file for ab court n next date di hai or dowry items ka order diya hai io ko kya muje ab mil jayegi ya nahi fir main or bhi 8 k nam e hai par wo blood relation m nahi hai kya wo saif hai please advice

aisa koi kanoon nhi hai ki jo blood relative nhi hain un par koi case hi nhi chal sakta. tathye dekhne honge aur unka role bhi dekhna hoga jo complaint main diya huwa hai halanki aam tor par blood relatives bhi dhej se labhanvit nhi hote isliye parents ke siwa lagbhag sabko discharge kar diya jata hai.
