if no police takes complain for 498,which is genuine wats the procedue??thet r busy in taking bribe frm husband's side?

If they've tortured your or treated you with cruelty, file a 498a complaint against them. Marrying you due to family pressure when his heart lied elsewhere is cruelty of the highest order to a lady.

As a lawfully wedded wife you are also entitled to residence and maintenance. Though there are no proprietary rights on even husband's (except the right to stay) leave alone father in law's property as per the law standing today.

If his heart is elsewhere it's better to get the marriage annulled on grounds of fraud - with least acrimony.

Since not much time has passed it would be better to part your ways amicably.
If not then you can move to Magistrate so that criminal cases may be initiated against your in laws.
Under various marital laws like PWDV Act you can enforce parting of salary of your husband to your account.
Do engage a seasoned advocate.
