Police verification while case is other than local police staion

I am permanent resident of place A,my wife resident of place B.
Both are 35 km apart.498a/406/34 filed by 156,magistrate
ordered to police station B,every thing done by police station B
Only when B police came to arrest me , inform A police station
and made a GD.Both Place A and B police station under One
judiciary.
I am afraid of police verification when company change ,
Now,my some well wisher telling me that police verification is
done in local police station only ,as the case is not registered
in A , verification will be pass , no chances of tracing case
against me.
1)Is it true ? Verification authority will not able to trace
any case to other police station(B) ?

Verification authority duly mentions or not is a negligible question. The main issue is that you should not hide the facts. Case is lodged by police station B or A has nothing to do with your clean hands.
Generally companies do appoint such employees even if they are facing matrimonial cases.

but is it possible to dispose the case
in 6-12 month by asking speedy trail order from HC.It it possible to get speedy trail order ground 1)Only earning member
2)IT professional , career will be disturb
3)Only son to aged parents , parent can not attain court long

no you wont get speedy trial . if you had been a senior citizen you could have applied for speedy trial

You can pray only before the trial court to make speedy trial and cannot seek directions from HC as desired.
