Written argument criminal - format and annexures

(Querist) 10 February 2013 This query is : Resolved
Dear Experts

Please assist me as for certain reasons, i am fighting my criminal appeal alone in sessions court...The matter pertain where i am challenging (complainant myself)the trail court initial order of "Issue Process" as it was unsatisfactory.

The judge has asked me to submit a written argument.

Some question on this:
1. Judge has not called in records of lower case hence ample correspondence & proofs filed at lower court have to be filed at sessions court. Can a written argument include annexures of various additional applications filed before trial court...

2. Can a written argument also include full judgment copies attached with it.

If I attach the above additional applications and judgment copies, then the written argument will definitely run into several pages but i have no option.

Thankyou

In written arguments just highlight the errors of lower court andput stress on ur grounds for the relief , in support of ur case quote the citations which makes judge to study ur case easily

Chronically events if the case in brief with relevant law should be put in written argument in humble language.
