Sir,
I am pursuing my partition case since last 18 years Supreme Court of India already confirmed partition decree passed in my favour by the Hon'ble High Court AND ATTAINED JUDICIAL FINALITY AND STILL CONTINUING in Trial Court for final decree.I am having the share in the property only on paper and I am still pursuing the vexatious litigation between myself and my sister. My sister and her husband is occupying the land and is trying every possible trick to checkmate me for filing final decree proceedings. I am being obstructed from getting my share in the property by vexatious litigation. My sister, her husband and her daughter is a master in court matters. She even gone to the extent of eliminating my life in the court premises. Whether I should abandon my claim or fight for my claim I am confused. Whether I should believe in GOD or Constitution to get my share.
Please suggest me what are the available possible remedy for litigants prolonging my case. Is there any penalty for wrong and false litigants and pleas under the Indian Laws.
Thank You

unfortunately juidical process is time consuming . if you have waited 18 years wait a little longer . supreme court has confirmed order of high court in your favour . the reason for delay is huge backlog of cases pending in various courts . object to any application for adjournment . remain present in courts on date when matter is on baord

In india judical process is time consuming. You have waited for 18 years so still wait fora bit longer and have deep faith, confidence in our court and constitution. Due to heavy bulk of cases, adjournments and lengthy proccess of civil cases delay are usual proccess. Our apex court have confirmed the verdict of Hon'ble Highcourt in your favour. So affirmly belive that the ultimately the decree will be in your favour.
