let him apply for divorce . contest the case . does the emails incriminate you in any manner . what are the contents of emails ?
if husband has taken printouts of your emails he can rely upon said emails .
deny having sent the emails .

Nothing can be deleted on deletion of account. Companies do possess entire record of chat etc. and if anything objectionable is found by your husband, he can definitely use those against you before the court of law in divorce proceeding and court has every power to direct the company to produce its entire record of your deleted account.

yes the emails and chat messages contains love messages which we shared by mails. but I haven't met him in person and no physical relationship between us. If I deny them in the court, can they be proved by my husband? My husband wants to escape by not paying maintenance to me and my kid. he wants to marry another girl. so he's threatening me and asking for MCD.

Well he is having some solid proof against you.
Yes the contents of the accounts can be compelled to be produced in court.
Better not to find larger part of fault with him, the contents of mail will speak your faithfulness to your husband.
Its better to settle the matter amicably, dont think the documents are merely escape route for him.

Instead of denying making mails, it shall be better to insist that you never made physical relationship with any other person except your husband and just time pass chat cannot be made base for the divorce.

I feel, indian courts have no power over gmail.com.

The maintenance for yourself and your kid shall definitely be ordered even though there is some suspicion prevails about you. It is wrong to anticipate that Indian Courts have no power over gmail.com
Indian Courts can force Indian Government to trace out any information from any part of the world. Investigating agencies are also there.
