Transfer of property

my father has purchased a property from his friend some 15 years back,at that time my father didn't registered the property on his name he has taken only a iqrarnama. Unfortunately my father has expired a his friend from whom my father has purchased the property became very old and he can not even move out of his bed. please help me how to transfer the property on my name.because he can not go to the court.
please help....

Register the property in your name. You can bring the Registrar in his home for the purpose of registration.

First of all clearly talk to the friend of your father and then move an application before the registrar after getting prepared all documents for the purpose of the registration and request the registrar to register the sale deed where you old uncle is residing. You shall have to pay legal charges for the purpose.

I am very verv thankful for ur valuable advice..one more thing i would like ti know that at the time of registration wil registrar ask for the registration paper of the previous owner (that is my old uncle) because he told us that he did not have the papers.
