email statement by complainant to police will be consider in section 161 of crpc or not..? if not then what is the value of email statement in charge sheet.

Those are considered at trial after exbitting the same in court. Section 161 crpc has no role to play here

Yes. Such statement shall be duly become part of the final report put up by police before court.
