hello all experts,
one of my friends wife is giving threatening my friend to make suicide and make his family getting in trouble. she is visiting Dr for depression counselling My friedn have aged parents and worried. can he file complaint to his local police station? what will the rifer cation

then better to file a complaint to local police station and explain all in the petition.

Immediately do record her threatening and file a petition for divorce as this is the best ground for this purpose as decided by Hon'ble Supreme court in a recent judgment. Police may not do anything.
