A FILE COMPLAINT AGAINST B UNDER N I ACT 138, THE COMPLAINT IS DELAY OF 20DAYS, BUT A NOT APPLY IN CORT FOR CONDONATION OF DELAY, SO FOR THAT GROUND B APPLY FOR DISMISS THE COMPLAINT FOR THAT DELAY GROUND? ANY CITATION OF SUPREME CORT FOR THAT?
