Threatening on mobile phone to destroy family

Dear Seniors and friends,
kindly note that, wife's nearest relative gave a lot of threat to detroy family of husband at any way . the threat is given to husbnad on mobile and warned him if the husbnad does not accept the such wife who has already filed false case u/s 498a implicating senior citizen parent and other members. such threat given on mobile in back two days. talking is recorded in mobile.
kindly suggest what is leagal procedure to be taken against her relative. as previosly, wife side arranged antisocial person on husband and husband filed already GD in police station and invetigation thereof is going on.
kindly suggest what to do in such circumstances as AB of husband is in pending before session judge about nine months.

Filing police complaint is the only legal remedy in the given matter.

You can lodge a police complaint against the person who is threatening and also against the antisocial element and your wife. Convince the police authorities to book an FIR against the above persons. If no FIR is booked you have to file a private complaint before the local magistrate.
Regarding 484-A is concerned it is a weapon in the hands of women nowadays. If you are innocent you will definitely come out of the case easily, but right now you cannot escape the court procedure and court visits. It is a matter of time.
The final option is that compromise with your wife, pay compensation to her and record compromise deed in the court itself and take mutual consent divorce. After filing the above criminal cases against the threatening person, antisocial element and your wife, your wife will definitely come to compromise as per my expectation.

Dear Hounarable senior and Friends,
I want to add in my queries mentioned above that :-
i heared the recorded talking and noted that, Husbnad coming in tension while talking on mobile with wife'relative and said that :- "to make aware of such wife to lost and put down every things which indicates a women about suhagin as she is bearing now the sign of suhagin in my name because i never take back of such wife which falsely implicated me and my old age parent and brothr and sister and arranged antisocial oerson to murder me and my brother".
kindly suggest that the above statement which will be against of husbnad if recording in mobile will be puted before police and court.
i made petiotion against her relative about giving threatening on mobile but i am waiting due to abive statement as husbnad gave on mobile while talking.
kindly suggest that now complaint may be filed or not.
