Division of parental property!!

(Querist) 29 April 2013 This query is : Resolved
Hello,

We have a family dispute going on for my grandfather's property. My grandfather passed away 2 years back and my grandmother passed away last year. There was no will specifying the ownership of the property. There are 4 kids in total. My father and his three sisters. Things were sorted a bit and since My father took care of his sisters marriages and provided for all the expenditure everyone agreed to legal papers being made specifying my father and one of the sisters as the owners of the property. Now we wish to sell the property and the sister also wants the same but they are creating problems and are not signing the papers for the registry of the house. They keep on asking for the property papers and they call and threaten our uncle who is a senior citizen. Kindly help us find a solution to this as we don't want any problems.
