I get terminated from the company, on account of misbehaving. and now they are not paying me salary of the last working monthh. is there any law through which I can get my salary.

A person cannot be awarded with two punishments but your termination order is required to be gone through prior to airing final words so better show it to the local lawyer and take action accordingly.
