The Chief Minister of U.P. has announced that all the Industrial Plots alloted by UPSIDC will be converted from Leashold to Freehold, soon. Apart from getting the ownership, what other benefits the allotees will have ?.
Will they be free to sell the property without taking permission from the Developer, UPSIDC. Will UPSIDC forgo it's right of cancellation of plots, if the construction & production is not commenced in the stipulated time. Will the same rules apply in the SEZ Zones for the free holders.

obtain copy of new policy announced from state govt website . read the salient features of said policy and procedure for conversion of land into freehold
