Huf property

our family is HUF and my uncle ( my dad's helder brother) want to give his property to me via settlement which is situated in village side ( agriculture land) since he has no children, my doubt is if he do so, is there any chance for my siblings ask for right in that in future,

If your uncle wilfully gifts his personal property in your favour then none has any legal right to object against it.

Your uncle can give the property to you in the form of gift deed. Nobody can question your right.
