hi,
my husband kept planing to get rid from me from the very first day of my marriage and i was unaware of it. he kept discussing about it with different lawyers and kept recording my voice in his phone while talking to me. he broke my trust. i kept faithing him and he kept making me fool. He and his family used to abuse me, beat me and neglect me. They from the very first day wanted me to leave their home. but they never showed it to me instead they diplomatically kept planing so that they can easily come out of it, if they are sued. for eg: my husband and his parents forced me to stay in a PG when he had to go to banglaore for his job & when i stayed in PG they send some of my furniture item at my parents home.After some days i came to know he has gone to Mascat oman and not banglore. after two months he called me and said i suddenly came to mascat after few days i will take you there. but it is been one year he is not calling me there.while this period when i used to call my in laws they used to disconnect my call and when i went to there home after one year of his gone to oman his family did not let me enter in there home and saying hamne tujhe or tere husband ko bedakhal kar diya hai. please help me what to do?????

What is the point in continuing the marriage if he doesn't want to reside with you? If you are unable to maintain yourself file for maintainance. You can obtain divorce on the ground of cruelty. Take alimony, free yourself and remarry. Perhaps you may get a good husband and your life will be happy and peaceful.

You ask for maintenance & residence & go for Divorce.

You may proceed for divorce as advised by the experts. this would be the best option.

if your husband was assaulting you then you could have filed complaint under DV act sought protection orders from court . , right to stay in shared household , compensation .
since your hsuabnd has deserted you for more than a year best option now would be file for divorce on ggrounds of cruelty and seek maintenance from husband

Thanks for your replies.
The FIR has been registered against my husband and his parents.under section 498a, 406 and 120b.
1)Now what step we should take? Should we proceed to put them behind bars with the help of police or let them be free to disturb them mentally.
2)As you know my husband is not in India we can arrest only his parents.Can his parents be released on bail? if yes how many days it will take?
3)How can i search his passport number as per police it is mandatory to issue LOC?

Ans : You have already taken the step. These laws are there to protect ladies like you which are misused against innocent persons.
2)As you know my husband is not in India we can arrest only his parents.
Ans : Yes, if they are accusd.
Can his parents be released on bail? if yes how many days it will take?
Ans : Not easily. Your lawyer can insist on surrender of main accused.
3)How can i search his passport number as per police it is mandatory to issue LOC?
Ans : Ask Passport office.
