respected sir,
Daughter of Gurdeep Singh i.e. Simranjit Kaur got married with Sanpreet Singh on 23.03.2010. But she did not disclose this material fact from his family and remained at her parental house till 05.12.2012. On 5.12.2012 Simranjit Kuar left her house and started residing at her in laws house and filed a protection petition by saying that Gurdeep Singh harrassing her and her husband. the court grant protection order and mark the absence of Gurdeep Singh. basic point is she has not disclosed till 2 years about her marital status. she is studying where she has given false declaration that she is unmarried.
Now my question is what action can Gurdeep Singh take?

The father of such daughter can do nothing if his daughter is major. So far as wrong disclosure in the admission/examination form is concerned, a criminal action can be made either by education institution or by any other person but the basis question is the desire of the father is not going to be fulfilled.
