Dues from previous employer

Hi, All
I would we very oblige for your feedback on my query. In year 2012, in 17.05.2013, I joined a organization in Kolkata as Finance Manager. But after few initial days. The organization started showing its true color. They started not paying to all its functional, but also salary of employees. In amidst of these mental stress in the mid of August, I had wrongly transfer a money of one employee into another employee account. The employee got absconding. The management didn’t help and deducted the amount from my salary. Which I agreed and the GM of the organization accepted it . But in the month of September they ask me to resign which i did and they also accepted my resignation. But after that several reminders and mail they are not clearing my dues and always keep on giving dates. Above all they had also deducted my PF and had not deposited my PF. Rather they have not opened PF account at all.
It would be helpful if you can guide me through this.

what are your total dues . issue legal notice to company for payment of your outstanding dues

Hi Sir,
As per mail from HR my total dues are Rs, 46,439 except the PF part which the complay had deducted from my salary but had not deposited .

For not depositing of PF you can also write to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner with the proof of deduction (Salary slip etc.)

File a complaint with RPFC and issue legal notice followed by a summary suit for recovery of dues.

The organisation didnt provide any employees with salary slip but, The PF is mentioned in tha appointment letter.
