dear sirs, i appeared for CGLE 2012 and got selected as central excise inspector for gujarat state, but the commission decided to revise the result and in the revised result, the ecommission with held my result. today(14th june,2013) i got as letter from thee commission dated 4th june,2013. in the letter the commission implied that i cheated in tier 2 exam nd i should give an explanation in 10 days and i can also present myself before the commission for personal hearing on 21st june,2013. Now, i am at a loss to know what to do, can the commission directly assume that i cheated in the exam. how should i defend myself. can i file a case against the commission?
I belong to chandigarh SSC region.

no appear for personal hearing . deny the allegations that you have cheated . also file written reply within 10 days

In their letter they must have mentioned the brief of cheating. Specifically, firmly but humbly deny the charge. You should appear as advised by the expert Sh. Ajay Sethi Ji. Firmly deny the charges there also. find whether you can take the assistance of some advocate or other person during this appearing.

Reply the show cause notice and avail the opportunity as provided and strongly deny the allegations. There is no issue of court as on the day.
