Can i file a complaint under cr.p.c section 190?

Hon'ble Bombay high court Nagpur bench disposed off my writ petition on dated 16/07/2012 by directing the respondent no. 2 Deputy director of education Nagpur to decide the complaint dated 12.02.12 which was annexed with the writ petition at page no. 4 within a period of two weeks.The Hon'ble court further directed him to give appropriate directions including to recall the orders of transfer of the petitioner and other teachers like the petitioner after hearing all parties.
deputy director of education Nagpur had taken 3 months to decide the matter. Being aggrieved by the order passed by him on dated 05.11.2012, I filed the second writ petition on dated 23/01/2013 to challenge that order.
Now, just i found that the submissions submitted by the Respondent party before the Deputy director of education Nagpur at hearing on dated 28/09/2012 contained false
statement.
Can i file the criminal case against the Respondets for submitting false documents under the Cr.P.C. Section 190? please suggest me what can i do?

instead of filing criminal complaint draw attention of the HC to flase statements taken oath . the HC would take a serious view and pass appropriate orders

Let us draw the attention of HC that false statements were given on oath rather filing complaint and the Hon'ble HC will take the matter seriously and will pass appropriate orders.
