Sir,
I have one house which is purchased by me now a days i am paying EMI, Electricity bill and Lease amount also. My ex wife got possison force fully.After divorce i have told her to evacate my house but she want to confiscate my property.If i am forcefully evacate my house and then reside my house then :-
1. Wheather Police can form any criminal case against me?

If she is in a wrong possession and not ready to vacate your remedy is to file a suit for possession and her eviction with damages for wrongful use and occupation.

A forceful dispossession may invite police interference in name of law and order.

Legal way as suggested by the expert Sh. Prabhakar singh ji is better than forceful possession. It may take time but still is better.

Filing of suit for possession after due notice is the best option.
