Clubbing of cause of actions

iam a banker we filed suit clubbing two different loans (term loans) before DRT.The defendant taken a plea that the same is hit by rule 10 of RDDB Act.My quirey is cant two loans of different cause of actions be clubbed together when the parties are one and the same(composite suit).i heard that it can be filed i got HC Judgemtns but please quote
Apex court judgments on order 2 rule 7 and on clubbing of cause of actions.(Preferebly bank judgments)
Its very urgent please.
