Dear Experts,
I have given my Wagnor to mechanic, he has quoted for Rs.6500/- for updating the vehicle, after two days he gave the vehicle with a bill of Rs.14,700-00 stating that some parts are replaced,I have paid Rs.11.000-00 he never informed me while replacing the parts.Infact he has not replaced,he has not returned the repalced old parts again my car is troubling the same as earlier he is demanding for the balance amount when I questioned he is asking me to pay the balance and he will check the trouble. I want to file a case in the forum against him, Please guide me how to file case.

Without a receipt of Bill it is difficult to substantiate your claim unless he admits the Bill amount charged against you.

Sir,
Yes he has given the bill stating all the items he has replaced.If I want to verify the same is there any authorized to clarifiy the doubt.

You can get it checked through some reputed /Maruti Suzuki authorised workshop and get his opinion in writing.

I believe the bill you got is not on plain paper. It may be on some bill book or letter head.

better gpo to authorised service centre of maruti and get your vehilce repaired . as far as money paid to mechanic is concerned for recovery of rs 11,000 you will spend more money on legal fees . in future rather than trusting any road side mechanic go to maruti service centre . you may more but you are guaranteed genuine parts at least
