Dear sir
Very Good Morning
My query is that if I get BCI Certificate of Bar council of Maharastra and Goa. so after getting certificate i can start my practice in delhi or uttar Pradesh.Plz help

YES YOU CAN NOW SECTION 30 OF ADVOCATE ACT PERMIT US.

Yes you can do the practice.

You can start your practice within the aea of that bar council. You you have to do pracice in UP then enroll with the UP Bar Council and so on.
