Dear experts,
one of my friend caught by police constable while he was watching porn pics&videos in the internet shop.Now the police constable harrassing my friend that he will arrest my friend for watching porn pics&videos.My questions are..
(1)In India, watching or possessing pornographic materials is legal or illegal?
(2)If it is illegal,then do the police have right to arrest the person who watches or possess pornographic materials?
(3)Posessing pornographic materials in the personal computer and watching them in the house is legal or illegal? and do the police have right to arrest and punish such person??

2. It is illegal if anybody watches in public places like internet cafes whereas if is watched privately it is not illegal.
