Writing e mail to chief justice

Is there a way to write e mail to the honorable Chief Justice of Supreme Court and Bombay High Court as I need to do this to lodge a complaint about torturing and harassing senior citizens by goons of land lords. All our efforts with police have failed because of corruption and police and ministers are in their pocket.

Writing to them would be of no help. You better file A writ petition in the high court against police inaction. That would yield desired result.

Send written complaints to Senior Police Officials or file FIR u/s 156 through court.
