i have a property at mumbai on joint name.
so it is family disputed property. i want solution for these becuase i want to sell this property. so please help me.

Whether the property can be partitioned? If so make a partition deed between yourself and another joint holder and file an application before the concerned city survey authorities along with the partition deed to give the seperate number for both the property. They will allot the new number. eg., if it is 100, after making division concerned autority may allot the number like 100/1 or 100/A

contact a local lawyer . if you have property in mumbai it must be worth in crores . you can afford legal fees
