Time limit to file an appeal before high court

Dear sir, my name is Amit from mumbai.i wanted to know that my case was over and the order was 1 . the accused stands acquitted.
now the judgement date is 06/5/2013 . the date on which the copy was Applied for is 14/5/2013. Date on which the copy was Delivered is 27/5/2013. Now what is the time limit to file an Leave to appeal in The high court. what date should i consider. is it 60 days or 90 days.
The case was with the lower magistrate court. was of assault.Now i want to file leave to appeal in the high court.

Time starts running from the date of judgement. The period taken for issue of copy application will be excluded in calculation of the total period available for filing appeal.
