i am a resident of madhya pradesh.i have bought a land in bihar.and after purchasing plot.i gave my registry documents to my cousin for MUTATION (DAAKHIL KHAARIJ). After mutation (daakhil khaarij) he gave only a recipt. When i asked him for a copy of mutation document (daakhil khaarij).he told me.as per bihar govt. rules.we cant take copy of mutation only a receipt having number is given.
Please tell me sir ''is it true'' or he is making me fool or cheating.
Can i get a copy of mutation of my land from registrar office ?? If yes please tell me procedure

Please tell me what is the extent of land and whether it is agricultural land or residential plots (formed after layout). After giving the above details I can tell you my answer.
