Respected Sir.
Thank you for your opinion.
The Landlord has already filed a suit in small causes court for eviction and terminated the Tenancy.
The suit for which the thread was posted is filed by the Tenant on B M C as corporation has issued M R T P on Tenant and the tenant is saying that just by writing a letter to Municipal commissioner and Asstt Municipal Commissioner our illegal premises get regularised.CAN THIS HAPPEN THAT ON ONE SIDE THE B M C ISSUES M R P T AND ON THE OTHER SIDE IT REGULARISES THE ILLEGAL STRUCTURE.
As mentioned in the previous thread the High Court has squashed the Interim Order passed by the C C Court and allowed the Landlord to become the necessary party to the suit then can the C C court allow fresh chamber Summons to be filed
Please give your valuable opinion
Thanking you in advance.

Please revert back to old thread.
If he is so claiming then he would need to show a provision in the relevant Act,he can not plead so by logic.
