You cannot guess how shall he plan it's utility.

Lodge a FIR of loss togather with few more papers.

Why did you do so?
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 29 July 2013
Fully agree with the expert prabhakar singh ji, nothing more to add.

Sent him a Notice to return your blank signed letter head LH.

agree with experts.
prabhakar singh (Expert) 29 July 2013
Notice demanding them back would be desirable only if they were dated also
and then notice should also state circumstances in which those were handed over.
R.K Nanda (Expert) 29 July 2013
nothing to add.
Annu (Querist) 29 July 2013
sir,
he has already typed some financial transaction details on it and by virtue of my sign demanding the amount.
Dr. Jyothi Vishwanath (Expert) 29 July 2013
Then before he demands legally from court, lodge an FIR immediately. Your FIR must be earlier to his suit in court or any legal action from his side.
Then only your skin is protected.
Act fast at least now.

No more to add in the light of replies of the experts.

Ur Legal notice claiming it were blank, and undelivered , it will be best defence for u when he try to use it.
Also keep in mind what Shri Prabhakarji suggested [circumstances in which those were handed over]

Mr. Annu,

In fact you are not coming up with the real problem. At first you posted your question in the name of nuissance and harassment of the person, who gave you cheque and you returned money to him in cash by taking his signed blank letter head.

Now you have come forward with another story, as if you have given your blank signed letter head to a person on trust.

If, as a director of some organisation, you can try to dupe the members of this community, who are capable to access all of your posts, why it can't be treated as if you would have played some trick with that fellow also.

CAN YOU PLEASE MAKE IT CLEAR, WHAT ACTUALLY IS YOUR PROBLEM?

Your earlier query, along with replies of the members on that, is readily available at the following link:

Thank you Dhingra Ji !
Great job done.

Actually when after my reply he made another post to read "he has already typed some financial transaction details on it and by virtue of my sign demanding the amount."

i concluded the man not coming with clean hands and declined to reply as i was angry and my remark at then could have been very harsh.

I also convey my thanks to Expert PS Dhingra ji and Prabhakar singh ji for going to depth.

You are welcome Prabhakar ji.

In fact, in my opinion, such type of persons do not seserve any free help, as they not only try to misuse this forum as well as services of the experts, but also can be expected to flout the provisions of law, if they try to pose hypthetical problems instead of coming forward with the actual problem just in a bid to hoodwink the experts.

You are also welcome, Rajendra ji.

I think he is having one controversy and other as feasting on free advise of this site.
