Respected Sir/Madam I and my friends were harassed by our teacher for taking hall ticket of our IInd semester Post Graduation examination of M.S.Communication course of Bangalore University.... we were made to run from pillar to post for getting our hall tickets and were given on the day of our 1st examination. Not only that people who had less attendance percentage in the class were given hall ticket.... prior to us. Due to this one of our friend couldn't write his exams this semester as he was not sure whether he would get hall ticket or not for the examination. we gave our first paper in mental tension.... I want to know what legal action can be taken against these teachers....

Without knowing the rules and regulations of this University , one can not advise properly.
If it is state university and you have proof of discrimination, then Writ petition in High Court would certainly produce desired result. Act fast.

Our Univetsity's rule is that people having less than 75 percent are not to be allowed by the college to write their semester exams. College only notifies the attendance percent of students to the university. University has nothing to do with it. More over University issued our hall tickets on 2nd of july only. For proof our semester exam hall tickets. As a proof of discrimination the aopology letter which i submitted to our hod on 15th of july. Which the hod has with him

It is very difficult for you to prove it against a teacher. Forget it...

You have to forget it till you have concrete proofs to prove discrimination. Be diplomatic.
