Muslim lovers secretly married with help of girls uncle under muslim law. They prepare a marriage certificate their own. In that both of them signed, with two witnesses and Girls uncle as Wali. Curretly parents of the girl had informed about this and they do not allow her to leave the home or contact the boy. Parents also considering to marry the girl immediatly.
Now the boy want to take her with him. What are his options?
Is this marriage certificate valid under law?
Can he go for habeas corpus?
Or go to family court and ask for restitution of conjugal rights?
Which option is better and how much time will take?
Because girls family trying to convince her by force for marriage (parents threatens her that they will suiside)

Whether the Marriage Certificate so prepared is with you? Whether this certificate contains signatures of all necessary parties required under the personal law. Whether the girl is ready to come with you against the will of her parents exerting pressure.
Practically it is doubtful that the girl will come forward with you against the wishes of her parents.
Consult your local lawyer with all the documents.
Alternatively if you are sure the girl is ready to come with you, take the help of relatives and effective people of the society.

Yes, the marriage certificate is with the boy. Here the girls parents too adamant without any solid reason. Boy tried to convince the parents in all possible ways but failed. Girls Parents considering to marry her immediatly. The boy needs to delay her marriage and he(also she) thinks the girls parents eventually convinced to the marriage.
