After passing LLb through correspondence,can anybody practice in court?If not any additional exam/test is required for this?

Dear Mr.D.Barman & Experts
What is the status of the age limit ordered by the Bar Council of India some years before for admission to LLb 3 years courses. Can an Engineering graduate above 45 years of age get admission to LLB 3 years regular course in 2013-2014 academic session?
Kindly also suggest some names of Law colleges in Bihar who are allowing such admissions.

Kindly inform about the implementation status of the Bar council of India regarding age limit for admission to LLb 3 years course. Also please enlist some Law colleges in Bihar who allow age relaxations in LLb mission.

For 3 year course of LLB the maximum age of admission is fixed 30 years anf for 5 year course it is 20 years. Only regular courses are eligible. However, SC/ST and OBC students are eligible till they reach the age of 22 and three-year course till the age of 35. (Rule 28 of the Bar Council of India Rules)
