Q)after 2 yrs of seperation from my wife we reconcile after justice of supreme court told us to reconcile. but after 20 days my wife again started old practice and today she insist us to leave her to her parental house.our case of domestic voilence/divorce case/transfer petition of divorce case is pending in supreme court.she told me that she is not intrested o live with me.

Case is pending. Let her say before the court that she is not interested to live with you.

Q) i want to know if fee of lawyer is pending but both the parties settle their issues out of court/or by mutual willingness in front of judge. does balance fee of lawyer has to pay by the clients to their respective lawyers?
