burning the house, expell and robbery the properties

In which Court I have to file the case and in which section. The house of mine is robbed and burned and after that I was also expelled from the house, but the main problem is that I was expell from the house about 15 years before. Can I file the complaint now, at that time i was threatened and also young it is an example of mob justice what can I do now I need your help. I am helpless please help me

are you the owner of the house ? what were you doing for 15 years ? if the house had been burnt cops must have carried out investigation then . what were results of investigation

If you are the owner of house and have documentary proofs of ownership you can proceed legally to take possession. The criminal event can not be registered after so much delay.
