Dear sir,
Special Attention : MR. Nadeem
Special Attention of the site Administrator : please insert in category : IT Act 2000 or Cyber Crime
Mr. Nadeem mentioned that section 66 but i feel that section 65 and 43 is also applicable. i filed complaint before Head quarter of police of cyber cell on 2nd september and crime is commited on 30th August.
my query : in the circumstances, two case may be applicable : civil for componsate damage which is as per section 43 is Rs. one crore
Second case : Criminal Case u/s 65 and 66 of IT Act 2000.
Please suggest where to file complaint except cyber cell of police to trace out the hacker who accessed to my login by breaking my password.

Yes, two case can run parallely.
It is job of the police to trace the hacker, not yours.
If FIR is registered then wait for completion of investigation.

Dear Querist
if she or any other person use your computer without your permission and cause damage to your computer or data then only section 43 will be apply but as per your main query it seems that the computer is different from your computer by which your information has been obtain so due to this reason this act comes under hacking and section 66 of IT ACT WILL BE APPLICABLE.
for best read IT Act
