Since the Government has already started paying Subsidies through Banks through Aadhar Number, people like me who have not yet applied for the Aadhar Number how shall get the Govt. subsidies?
Shall I press the Govt. to give first the Aadhar Number then start giving subsidies?

You can file a PIL as by the next year even more than 50% of the population of India WILL NOT be able to get the aadhar cards, as the website of UIDAI, itself speaks, "Over five years, the Authority plans to issue 600 million (60 Cores) UIDs."
Due to mismanagement and unsystematic arrangements, even several of those who have registered more than two years back have not been able to get their aadhar cards due to total mess of the system on account of mismanagement and unsystematic planning.
If you like, you can call the system as "NIRADHAR" on account of mismanagement and unsystematic working and faulty planning of the scheme.
I wish this scheme may also not fall some day within the purview of another scam on the Indian economy, to be considered as a sheer waste of thousands of crores of public money!

Well advised by the expert PS Dhingra ji. Aadhar card deserve award for its excellent management in the area of mismanagement, unsystematic working and faulty planning in implementation of the scheme.
as mentioned by the expert PS Dhingra ji, if the scheme flops, may result in another scam. New name for Aadhar given NIRADHAR. If same happened it would result in BANTADHAR.
