hi my name is anil, my wife filed a complaint against under 498a against me, my dad,my mom, my sis who is married and staying at 10 kms away from our home and also against my brother in law at CAW, delhi, and yesterday i got a compliant letter thru RTI and i that i was shocked to see that the address of my marrid sister and her husband has given where im residing on rent basis as well as her mobile number is wrongly written and when i enquire to customer care of idea then they replied that it is on another name person who is belong to bihar but they didnt tell me address but they told me the name
my query is that a FIR has been already lodged so what can action be will take against this issue
i mean to say that it is criminal offence that in the FIR a misuse of another person cell no has benn used .

If once FIR is lodge then you should get anticipatory bail by executing a Vakalatnama to lawyer to avoid arrest.After getting bail you can defend the case by producing proper evidence.

Your sister and her husband need to make a representation to the police that they have no connection with your personal life and have no connection with the alleged crime. The falsity of the address etc. can also be raised in the same representation and accordingly they both can be discharged from the charge-sheet. Rest of the accused persons should try for anticipatory bail.
