Police threatening to search and siezure my native place if not bail is within 7days

Dear Sir,
kindly help me advising that, what is most immediate action from high court to stay to seize and siezure my house to save my prestige in society from the cruel wife as she arranged to issue warrant from court as i already appeared before IO for investigation to file final charge sheet and IO did not arrest me as he knew the case is false but session court rejected my AB without any ground.
Sir, My advocate made plan to file bail petition as well as quash.
if i file quash before high court and submit a lower letter before lower court and police station about the dispute the case before high court then procedure of sieze and search can be stoped.
Further, i want to know that congnigance copy of lower court is necessary to file quash. on final charge sheet, quash can be filed or not because taking of cognigance will take some time from lower court. please advise.

as long as FIR is not quashed/stayed by high court how can you expect high court to pass order to stop investigation?
