Ur AQ have no end.

U must engage Adv for court procedure. It will help you.
Here, u may get superficial reply, may not serve ur purpose.
After all, u r consulting Lawyer by way of LCI.

So why intend to fight court cases on ur own??
We have no time to train a person and teach Total court procedure, to one after another Querist !!!

Chellenging JURISDICTION need through knowledge, citations to prove, that presiding officer of court have no Right to entertain your case, etc etc,

ARGUMENTS, AND CITATIONS ARE VERY VITAL PT TO DECIDE Jurisdiction.

Plaintiff will certainly Appeal against adverse Order, and U too, will have to go to Appeal, if Order is not favourable to you.

So Expert Sr Lawyer should handle such job. , not a person trying to learn court procedure.

U r trying to do job as STUDENT, WHEREAS One need A MASTER / EXPERTS experienced advocate/councillor needed for such specialised job.

If any fact in the counter is disputable and not mentioned in the application or earlier pleadings in the suit, then rejoinder is necessary otherwise not.
