Mutation procedure

Hi Experts,
I have a landed property and I want to know about mutation procedure.what are the charges involved in this process? I have sale deed and tax receipts of this property.

It is not clear which landed property you are asking about. Whether is it Agri. , residential ? For mutation of Agri. you have to approach Talhathi (Vill. Revenue Officer) , and for residential property, you have to approach City Survey Dept.
